Tenbex Engineering Sdn Bhd (TENBEX), as a provider of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) services in the fields of Mechanical, Piping, Steel Structural & Civil Works, Turnaround Maintenance, Surface Preparation, Painting, Rotating Equipment Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation Services, and Manpower Supply for the petrochemical, construction, and oil & gas industries, is fully committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct.

As part of our commitment, TENBEX enforces the following principles:

  1. Adopting a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption, and facilitation payments, in full compliance with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (MACC Act).
  2. Prohibiting any form of bribe—whether direct or indirect—in both the public and private sectors, including gifts, kickbacks, or any undue advantage.
  3. Establishing and maintaining a robust internal control system to detect, prevent, and respond to bribery and corruption risks.
  4. Promoting a culture of transparency and integrity, supported by secure and confidential whistleblowing channels with strict protection against retaliation.
  5. Conducting regular training and awareness programs to ensure employees, contractors, and stakeholders understand and comply with anti-bribery standards.
  6. Ensuring due diligence is performed on third parties, vendors, agents, and business partners to mitigate corruption risks.
  7. Enforcing firm disciplinary actions —including termination of employment and legal proceedings—for any breach of this policy.

All employees are expected to act with honesty, fairness, and integrity at all times. Bribery and corruption have no place in our organisation.
